You can experience the world and change it to how it’s YOUR world. You can fight against mobs like, zombie, skeleton and my favorite (and Minecraft exclusive) is the Creeper. You can survive in survival, build in creative and the most realistic, hardcore. You can only play hardcore on the desktop edition.

Best blocks for modern looks

I'd say, red and pink hardened clay, glass, smooth sandstone, any rare blocks and a spruce wood door.
